3. Dependency on Third-Party Platforms (Meta)
Our Service relies entirely on the availability and functionality of APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram). By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
We do not control Meta: We are not responsible for changes, downtimes, or deprecations of features by Meta.
Compliance: You must strictly adhere to WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy and Meta’s Business Policies.
Account Bans: Official API World is not responsible if your WhatsApp or Facebook account is restricted, banned, or suspended by Meta due to your violation of their policies (e.g., sending spam, unapproved templates, or prohibited content).
4. User Accounts and Security
To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete business information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Payments
Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly) as selected by you.
Message Credits: Depending on your plan, conversation charges (Meta fees) may be billed separately or require a pre-loaded balance in your Meta Business Manager.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
Send unsolicited spam or bulk messages to users who have not opted in.
Distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Promote illegal goods, gambling, adult content, or harassment.
Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the source code of Official API World.
We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you are found violating these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content and data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Official API World.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Official API World shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
Any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, or defect in the Meta APIs.
Total liability shall strictly be limited to the amount paid by you to us during the last three (3) months of service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Official API World and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of Meta’s policies.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a dashboard notification. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
